iApp for DNS Services (v11.1)

Problem this snippet solves:

This template configures IPv4/IPv6 virtual servers, DNS profiles, DNS load balancing/monitoring, and DNS Express zones on BIG-IPs licensed for DNS Services. Users can secure their DNS deployments by attaching iRules to virtual servers created by this template (e.g., sending malicious DNS queries to a "blackhole") and also configure how the BIG-IP should translate IPv4 responses to IPv6.

This template is suitable for BIG-IPs running software version 11.1. Future versions of this template will support configuration of DNS Caching, allowing BIG-IP to respond to DNS queries from a local cache, resolve queries, and validate DNSSEC responses from upstream DNS servers.
