The BIG-IP system provides a number of ways to accelerate, optimize, and scale LDAP server deployments. The BIG-IP LTM uses an advanced health monitor that logs on to an LDAP server and performs a search query to a specific directory level to ensure traffic is only sent to available LDAP servers.

F5.LDAP is available as part of your BIG-IP installation. Download and import f5.ldap.v.1.0.1 iApp onto your BIG-IP system if you require the following fixes or additional noted features:

• fixed script error noted on 11.4/11.4.1 when selecting existing ldap server pool.
• added Advanced Firewall Management profile options which only appear in iApp when AFM is provisioned on BIG-IP
