    From the GUI:

     

    Global Traffic -> ZoneRunner -> Resource Record List -> Create

     

    Specify the appropriate view and then zone name, and then use the dropdown to select the appropriate record type. Then populate it with the data you wish.

     

    Be aware that if you leave the 'Create Reverse Record' field checked, ZoneRunner will create another master zone with the reverse record (assuming you are creating an A/AAAA record) if it doesn't already exist.
