X509::extensions - not all extensions are decoded

Client certificate contains extension named "Certificate Template Information" (OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.21.7).

 

 

So when I use X509::extensions the attribute is not decoded and looks like this:

 

1.3.6.1.4.1.311.21.7: 0..&+.....7.....0...8...:...U.....[...0..;..d...

 

 

 

Why BIGIP does not decode this attribute?
