I have a custom http profile as per below for inserting X-Forward-For, after doing so should I be able to see the X-forward-for in fiddler using ie, or http live headers in mozilla?

Aug 29, 2008Of course you still need to modify the correct config file on your respective web server. For example, you need to put the proper line in the httpd.conf if you are running IBM IHS (apache) and an isapi filter for IIS. etc.etc.. These mods will allow your server side logging to reflect the true address.
