Windows XP Pro x64 validation

We are running into a problem that when users running Windows XP Pro x64 try to connect, Firepass recognizes it as Windows Server 2003 without SP1 and does not let it connect.

 

 

Any idea on how to work around this issue?

    This is something that I would make sure to bring up with the technical support team, as it may need to go up to the FirePass development team to investigate.
