Does anyone know if Firepass SSL will work on Windows Vista 64 Bit version? I am having no luck finding any information.. when i try to download the stand alone SSL client i get a WOW error in vista CallClassInstaller(REGISTERDEVICE) FAILURE: Operation not allowed in WOW64 InstallRootEnumeratedDriver FAILURE: Operation not allowed in WOW64 Registry key required for the TCP/IP configuration is missing. SSL VPN may not function properly Installation failed any help would be appreciated

With our upcoming 6.0.1 release we will have support only for 32 bit Vista

Dates are not available at the moment but we are working on 64 bit Vista support.

Will the upcoming release also support Windows XP Professional x64 Edition?

Currently there is no support for any 64-Bit OS. I am not sure if they will add this support in the next release or not. You should open a case if it is something that you would like to see added. There have been talks about adding Vista 64-Bit support but I am not sure if that would also allow support for XP 64-Bit or not. Fuzz

This is a little off topic, but I have a user who's getting that registry key error on his XP machine. He's tried to re-install TCP/IP, but that doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know the key that it's looking for? Again, this is the error:

Hi Dianne,

FirePass 6.0.2 was release in October 07. Around Sept/Oct 08 FirePass 6.0.3 was released. That would be your best bet + installing the latest cumulative hotfix of course (which is currently HF-603-1).

Umm you need the latest Opswat from F5. This is a seperate HF that must be installed, you can get the software by creating an account at f5.com.

**EDIT**

The latest Opswat with 6.0.3.2.1 release works with McAfee.
