I take it 192.168.0.25 is the Virtual Server address?

 

 

Do the real servers (the Pool Members) have a route back to the clients via the F5? If not, that's your problem.

 

 

Have you tried to do a capture on the client to confirm what ports are used? There may be more involved than you think?
