Will Citrix work with BigIP Ltm and internet clients
I am trying to setup Citrix and BigIP LTM to launch apps from external internet based clients. I have the iApp set up and I can get to the website and login, but I get an error when launching an App. Error states The citrix xenapp server is not accepting connections. I cannot find a solution to this problem. I can't see any errors on the server. When going to the website from the internal network, the apps launch without issue.
We are using BigIp 11.4, Citrix xenapp 6.5. I used template f5.citrix.vdi.v2.10 to create the application service.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Donna

Clients need to have a route to Citrix application servers when using LTM without APM. My guess is external receiver clients are receiving the application servers internal IP address and it does not have a route to the application servers address. LTM only deployment requires the application server address be publicly accessible.
Enabling APM will allow receiver to application server ICA proxy while enforcing secure connections. APM forces Receiver clients back to the BIG-IP's virtual address and enforces ICA over encrypted web. Once the ICA request is received by APM it proxies the connection back to the originally specified application servers address via standard ICA ports.

Hi ,
Check if the SNAT Auto-map is enabled on the Virtual Server if yes then try opening case with Support it looks like a minor problem. If the login page is showing up and you are able to login successfully then application launching should work fine as well.
