Will changing the TCP Profile cause connectivity disruption?

I have a customer who wants to update their TCP profile. I have built out the profile, but I am wondering whether or not this will be a disruptive change?

 

Will current connections abide by the previous profile, be managed by the new profile, or will they drop and have to reestablish?

    Tcp profile assignment is done during first packet evaluation...

     

    After virtual server change, all previously initiated connections will keep profile properties of connection initiation...

     

    Only new tcp connections will use new profile.
