Why is difference between two interface of GUI F5?

Hi We can see "System >> Platform >> General " and "High Availability ---> Redundant Pair" in below first picture(red arrow), but we cannot see " General " and "High Availability ---> Redundant Pair" in second picture. Anyone can explain it for me? Thank you

    The first picture looks to be version 9.x

     

    The second picture looks to be maybe early 11.0-11.4?

     

    If you go System > Software management it should show you the versions.
