Jan 10, 2014cant imagine anything else then a configuration change. in principle it is always possible some config corruption occurred but that chance is very small.
if the logging is correct you could check /var/log/audit
i also dont quite your scenario, if the selfIP reports a destination unreachable then the client - bigip communication is fine. is the default route configured towards the exchange servers?
