Why can I ping self IPs from LC console but not from the interface?

Hello Chris,

 

 

Got the LC working and thanks for the reply.

 

Found out that these are true virtual IPs and for security reasons they are not ping-able.

 

Hope to create a detailed replacement guide to the 'Implementations" manual when I get some free time.
