NimbostratusWhy can I create the the virtual server with existing IPaddress?
At first, I created the virtual server with 255 characters name within the switch. Next, I try to create another the virtual server with the same IPaddress, port, but only with the another name (10 characters).
The result of the second setting was successful. The protocol is AllProtocols.
Since I think the result of the second setting should be failure (can not create the virtual server if its ipaddress exists),
Please let me know this result is right or not.
Please note that in the first setting, if I create the virtual server with 10 characters or more (but not many as 255), the result of the second setting is failure.

- What method are you using to create the virtual server? GUI, Command Line, iControl, etc? I'm assuming you are using iControl since you are posting the question to the iControl forum. If that is the case, could you please post a snippet of code illustrating which options you are passing in on the create call?
