CirrusWhite list and blocked list
Hi all,
I have the below url in the allowed list, /wps/myportal/rbg/*
Meanwhile i want to block the below specific url:
/wps/myportal/rbg/Xyz1234
So i put it in the blocked list. But it didn't work. Any clue why?

Problem Solved,
The last segment in the URL contains /fxo765/ and the ASM was not reading anything after the , When i removed them from the Disallowed list, the page was successfully blocked.

Apologies in advance for the rather obvious question, but have you checked the blocking setting for Illegal URL?
aalkhuja_160331The block action under the illegal URLs is checked, if that's your Q. The question is that what is more priority when conflicted? the illegal URL ( disallowed list), or the allowed URLs? because the Disallowed URL is more specific in my case than the allowed URL.

ASM i assume? just for testing have you checked without the allowed entry to see what happens then? im trying to find a document stating a priority between both but can't find anything. i would assume most exact match indeed.
i see you use difference between upper and lower case, is you URL actually entered as that?
