Where to download the Exchange 1.5.1 template, it is not in iapps-1.0.0.333.0.zip

Followed the instructions in https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/13000/400/sol13497.htmldl   In examples the 1.5.1 template is used but I cannot find it.
