Where is my ASM "Request List GUI Preferences" options?

Hello,

 

I can't see the options frame "Request List GUI Preferences" in the ASM in version 11.6.0.

 

I have another device in version 11.5.1 and here appears this option. I have slowness to view logs of attacks and I suspect that is the default value of "Records Per Screen" in "500" records, but the options frame does not appear on screen. What is the trick to this option appear? I did not notice any difference. Any tips to resolve this?

 

I appreciate any hint.
