Dec 11, 2010where does tmsh script get saved?
Hello,
I would like to use tmsh scripting tool to create n number of vlans and self ips. I am able to create a script and run it just fine, no issues there. What I want to know is where does the script (let's say create_vlan.tcl) gets saved?
I would like to automate few things. And it would be great to just push the already existing script on my PC to BIG IP where it gets recognized by 'tmsh run /cli script" command.
Thanks,
K2

- Mark_Crosland_2Historic F5 AccountHello,
tmsh scripts are saved in /config/bigip.conf.
In an upcoming release you will be able to run a script from a file of your choice.
