Check your Windows Event log...generally you can find clues in there. Otherwise all the f5 client logs go into %temp%\logterminal.txt. There are also some other %temp%\f5*.log files that you can look at. When you say you get the error message that you unauthorized...that's coming back from the FirePass right? Not the client? If so you need to find out whats configured in your Prelogon sequence to see why this one laptop can't connect...that info won't be on the client side logs..you'll need to work with your FirePass admin.
