When are cs_backup.ucs files created (v12)?

There is surprisingly little information about these files. Any clues about what the "nocreate" option doe in cs_backup.ucs?   Thanks!

The options are basic logrotate utility settings, Refer

 

nocreate - New log files are not created (this overrides the create option).
