What will be the CLI command to check the irule against a virtual server specific for a particular customer ?

Sorry not very good in CLI option, but was checking the answer where it stated to go inside the tmsh and run the below command:

list ltm virtual XYZ-HTTP

Question is how to go inside tmsh, is there a specific command ?
