What is this host F5 ip address?

Hi, Two guests(guest1 and guest2) that are peers to each other. We have ip addresses for guest1, guest2, and host-A. Guest1 is located at host-A(ip address 10.1.1.1). We do not know which host the guest2 belongs to. Can we know ip address of host which holds guest2?
