What is the recommended TCP Profile settings monitor settings for ISO 8583 traffic in F5 Big IP ?

Pls share the recommended TCP Profile settings  monitor settings for ISO8583 traffic in F5 Big IP  Because we are facing pool members flapping only when load comes through F5, but stable when bypass...

ensure that "Acknowledge on Push" and "Nagle's Algorithm" are Disabled on both client and server sides.

ack on push will make f5 to send tcp ack of previous segment in the next tcp push.
i had problem that it caused clients to send retransmissions because of receive ack time out.

nagle is created for human interactive shell such as telnet/ssh.
so it's not suitable for machine client, which sends data that it want to send at once.
