What is the best practice to decom/delete a vip

 

What is the best practice to remove ?decom a vip?

 

Any reference manual on best practice on daily operation (delete vip, pool, members).

 

 

 

here what I am thinking :

 

1- Check if the vip is active

 

b virtual VS_YAYA show

 

 

2- Disable all pools in the vip and wait at least a day (for user scream)

 

b pool YAYA disable

 

3- Disable the vip and wait couple hours

 

b virtual VS_YAYA disable

 

 

4- Delete the vip

 

 

5- delete pool if required

 

6- delete member if required
