What is hotfix and error while installing a hotfix via ICONTROL?

Hotfix is lik a patch to an OS. But if i intall a hotfix it must apply on an already present boot location but it creates a new loacation and boots from there.Now i need to know .Can i delete a prima...

you don't have have to keep other boot locations, but you first have to reboot in the one you installed the new hotfix in before you can delete all other boot locations. and it never hurt to keep one older boot location might issues occur.

 

the reason for failure is difficult to guess, with this limited information, is the 11.4 iso available? have you tried to install it without icontrol? does it work then?
