What is a live installation on Viprion

Hi there, trying to understand some terminology in a doc. One of the features of the Viprion is live installation. It says that when you upgrade the BIG-IP software on a running system, the system automatically upgrades the BIG-IP software on all blades in the cluster. Is this for a CMP Viprion? And if so then I would follow typical instructions on BIG-IP software upgrade to automatically update all blades in cluster?
