What does this means?
I executed Curl command with application URL. what does this means

That sounds like curl received a TCP reset. I would consider turning on the F5 logging of tcp resets (either in the log or with packets) and analyze that reset further using this solution article: SOL13223: Configuring the BIG-IP system to log TCP RST packets
