While I was reading about Bigiq, there was mention I have to select one of below mention personality at then time of licensing.

As explained by Nathan, BIG-IQ CM is the system where administrator performs all tasks like managing BIG-IP, viewing logs, statistics etc and BIG-IP forwards logs/events to BIG-IQ DCD.
