What all I need to know to solve the Iapp myth

firstly, Do I need to resource provision iapp on LTM/GTM ? .From what I understood, when i construct my application and Infrastructure around the Iapp I can have high visibility and optimization cap...

As far as I know, there are no restrictions on iApps with any license.
