Weird issue with form-based client-initiated SSO to SharePoint
We are running 15.1 and I observed a weird issue with SSO back to Sharepoint 2013 It was working when I was testing it like a year ago (maybe on version 14.x)
For some reasons when I'm passing credentials from F5 login page to sharepoint form-login it's not sending ctl00$PlaceHolderMain$signInControl$login User name and password get's propagated.
If I use fiddler to manually add this parameter and resend the string - authentication works
We even tested by changing the value in the code from "Sign In" with space to "Signin"
Did anybody notice a weird issue like this?

Are you saying that when after the page loads, and the fields get populated with the username/password from, the POST request to log in doesn't contain the right parameters? Can you paste a copy of the failing request from Fiddler and a copy of the edited request that works?
