Weird Error_Connection_reset when connecting to Sharepoint

I keep getting this weird issue when connecting to SharePoint using LTM. I enter the site into my chrome browser, get a connection_reset issue and when i hit F5 it works fine. When using internet explorer i get a IIS7 grey page and then hit F5 and it works fine.

 

I have 4 other SharePoint set up and have no issues. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue. I am doing ssl offloading to the server. Used the latest iapp to configure the SharePoint as usual.
