I try to configuring full webtop vpn portal. When publishing desktop via rdp i can configure in Appliacation Access/Remote Desktops IP of desktop with RD´s identifier eg. %1 and rdp publication...

It seems like you are configuring Portal Access (webtop links are a separate item that are basically bookmarks which don't proxy through the APM). If so in the Portal Access configuration in the "Resource Items" section you can specify IP Address and Route domain. (10.10.10.10%1) and in the application URI leave the hostname correct for the application.
