website is running slow, What all I can check and confirm to the customer that there is no issue from the Loadbalancer end

My favourite is to tcpdump a single connection on both the front-end and back-end. From the timestamps, show the latency through the bigip for both request and response.

 

How to identify the filter is the tricky part. Or you could grab a whole lot and do that manually with wireshark or similar.
