No its the same loop problem ...

So it's not the iRule. Is the backend IIS listening on 'https'?

Can you do a curl from the bigip ?

curl -k -vv https://ab.test.xyz.com/rdweb/Pages/

Something wrong with the IIS. It's redirecting to the same page. The loop is there. I guess need to get some one to check on that.

You should see the loop if you do

curl -L -k -vv https://ab.test.xyz.com/rdweb/Pages/

interestingly if I "curl" the backend server its does not redirect.

curl -L -k -vv -internIP.test.xyz.com/rdweb/Pages/

can share the output?

Many thanks for help Kunjan ! I find the error... it was http-https redirection on the server side. your curl idea actually helped ..

As soon as i draw ssl-brigding boom it work.. Cost me a lot of time to debug but thats a learning curve :-)
