Web publishing : How to send credentials to an aspx ?

Hi all, My very best wishes for the new year ...

 

One of mine, about F5 publishing, should be to be able to publish a web site through my BIGIP F5 using LTM/APM. Seems not to be a big deal ... problem is I can't manage to send credentials to the aspx !

 

One link to a procedure to follow should be a great help !
