NimbostratusWeb Acceleration profile for HTTP 1.1 cache control
I was trying to implement Web Acceleration profile for web services accordingly to the link below and somehow we don't see the content being cache on F5 LTM (version 12.x)
I'm using the default Web Acceleration profile because we just need the age to be 3600 which is already inside.

Have a look in the profile configuration. There is options for minimum and maximum size for example, that is important to make sure includes the file you need.
