We are facing an issue where in the traffic group..its showing...active device as its own hostname and next device as initializing /not in sync

We are trying to do a active standby setup. But both are acting active ,though syncing is happening successfully. Under peer devices,we can see that device is shown as 'not watched' We tried rebooting and forcing it to.standby but still..its not working Note its just an initial implementation.No internal or ext vlan is configured yet...and we are using ha vlan self ip for configsync and network failover and mirroring. HA vlan is 1.4 port and we have connected that directly with straight cable. It is 11.6HF6 .is it a bug or am i doing anything wrong?...please help me out.
