how we can generate a Report from WAF for all block sessions with IP and the cause for blocking

Hi Amr_Ali ,
As I don't have the sufficient traffic like your environment , but I believe you will find the ASM Reporting very useful:
Navigate ( Security >> Reporting >> Aplication >> Charts )
you will find much Filters play with it , you may get some insights for what you try to achieve also you can export a report from bigip with the shown results
