[WAF] Event logs Application Request code N/A

Hi all I have a WAF system. Sometime My application access very slow ( a API about 4.3min) On event log waf. I see that have 2 same URL Request. and 1 URL code N/A and 1 URL code 200 I dont known ...

Are you getting URL Code (N/A) very frequently? Yes, Take out the stats and check with the Application API team. I am suspecting request is not fulfilled correctly per ASM/WAF.
