VPN Disconnect After Five Minutes

Currently on 11.5.1 HF7 w/ an engineering hotfix (was happening on HF5 as well).

 

We have a VS for the primary VPN connection. From there, there is a Performance L4 VS to go down a different default gateway that what is configured on the Network Settings.

 

We are having an issue where users are getting disconnected and logged off APM at random times, mainly around the five minute mark. I have created a ClientProtocol Profile that has Idle Timeout set to Indef. I also have this for the Performance LV4. I am still using the default Server Protocol that does have the 5 minute idle timeout. Will that possibly fix it or is there something else I could be missing?
