VPN connected unable to access network resources

Hi,

I'm new to F5. I setup network access using the wizard. I am currently attempting to get it working Win7 X64 running IE8 and Win8.1 x64 running IE11. I can connect to the Big-IP via the clientless VPN. I can ping resources on the network from the clients. Name resolution seems to work fine. When I attempt to connect to a system via the RDP client or map a drive (both client options are selected in the network access object)the connections fails. The RDP client reports is cannot connect to the remote computer and when mapping a drive the connection just times out. I'm not sure what is going on.

FYI, I do have Exchange working fine to external clients and when I first setup the network access I was able to publish an RDP connection to a WebTop that worked. Since the VPN never worked deleted the first try and started from scratch with just the VPN.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

Please try telnet using the port 386 with the RDP device.May the RDP required port allow.
