VMware's vision for the future of virtual networking and security

Allwyn Sequeira, VMware's CTO/VP of Cloud Infrastructure Security and Networking, posted a great blog yesterday on VMware's vision for the future of networking and security in vSphere and vCloud. By adding distributed, virtualized network and security abstractions across physical infrastructures, they aim to address many of the scale out and agility challenges facing the next wave of virtual infrastructure and multi-tenant cloud environments with rapid provisioning and a programmable network fabric.
