vmware view security server replacement (APM) with SC auth

I'm wondering if the following scenario could work (Horizon view 6.0):

 

• we replace the vmware view servers with APM/LTM
• we perform SC authentication at the APM (DMZ) edge
• we proxy PCOIP to the virtual Desktop (SC Logon)

AFAIK:

 

• The view client will cache the SC pin and thus provide a SSO experience to the user for the PCOIP connection (Virtual desktop)

Question: we cannot perform SC auth to the View connection server (as it's done at the APM edge). Is there a way to perform the auth there in a transparent way for the user?
