VMWare View GPO application

We are using the VMWare View Iapp to front end our vdi environment. We have a need to apply a GPO when a user connects through this virtual server, we are not currently using APM for this implementation but are licensed for it. Is there an Irule that can enforce a GPO when a user connects through the VS or do we have to use APM, if we use APM do we have to use a webtop in order to facilitate the GPO application?
