CirrusYes, that, unfortunately, is a bug. Please open a case with F5 support and request Engineering hotfix for bug ids 418850 and 441355. The former addresses the issue of expired password change, while the latter addresses the issue of attempting to change the expired password to something that does not comply with AD password policy.
