I downloaded the iApp and when I try to create an application service with it it returns an error:

NimbostratusI'm concluding it is a V11.4.0 2425 issue. I just tried it on another guest that does have APM and the same error occurs.
Was hoping to migrate forward from my V11.2 system. Appreciate any help. Happy Holidays.
