VMware adapter setting or any route is missing

Need Help :)

 

I have two websense proxy devices

 

1. 192.168.227.128
2. 192.168.227.129

And i am trying to load balance these proxy devices but i am not even able to ping these devices from BIGIP.

 

• I am using VMware workstation to setup this architecture. Well, to me it looks like some routing issue here.

Network Adapter setting :-

 

And Proxy devices is being NATed on VMware Workstation.
