Virtual Server Configured for Google CAPTCHA Not Working

I am following the instructions to set up a CAPTCHA challenge using Google ReCAPTCHA v2. I am having trouble getting the virtual server set up. It gives me 'Page Cannot Be Displayed' when typing the destination address. It should go to the Google Search Page. All of the health sensors are green and the pool members each go to Google's search page. When I run 'msh list ltm virtual ', as shown in the article, the settings are exactly the same (except for vs-index).

There are statistics for the virtual server, but not for the pool.
