EmployeeThere are a number of reasons why this could be happening, but to know for sure you have to do a client side capture via some tool like HTTPWatch, Fiddler, etc. You may find with the capture that you're accessing the application VIP, but that some part of the response is missing or that the client is getting silently redirected to a URL that the client cannot access.
