NimbostratusVirtual Edition Big-IP 13.1.1 Profile issue.
Unable to create new Profiles:Persistence with parent Cookies Persistence as parent Persistence method is missing/not showing in drop-down menu while creating the new profile.
Open a case with support. Looks like a bug

which product are you trying to configure? what is your license?
cookie persistence is only available on LTM.
In local traffic menu, some features are missing if LTM module is not licensed.
